There's a flaw in the total in this game. The total in this game is less than 40 points at 36 1/2.
Should I survive up to this game, then it's an easy call. The New York Giants and Carolina Panthers should both score enough points to get way past the 36 1/2. Carolina is not scared to call plays downfield to Stever Smith. The Giants should be a much more potent offensive team with Brandon Jacobs back in the line-up.
The G-Men have to get going offensively. They were terrible against the Cowboys last Sunday and not much better against the Eagles the Sunday before. They're still the champs and should score against an overrated Panthers' defense that has given up 27, 28, and 31 points on the road this season to Tampa Bay, Atlanta and Green Bay.
The Giants offense should better than all of those teams. On the flip side, Carolina will be playing with some spunk in this game. That Giant's D won't be able tos top Jonathan Stewart, DeAngelo Hall and Steve Smith. I expect quarterback Jake Delhomme to play well in this.
I see this going over rather easily.
