NFL: Miami Dolphins vs. New York Jets

The Dolphins travel to New York with a very simple scenario in place - - if they win, they're in; if they lose, they're out.

For the New York Jets, 3 point against the spread favorites in most sportsbooks, a win won't ensure that the Jets are in the playoffs. They actually need to win and then hope that the Patriots or Ravens lose.

It doesn't look good for the Jets because the Pats play the Buffalo Bills, who are just terrible, and the Ravens play the Jacksonville Jaguars, who are equally bad.

But when it comes to this game, I don't see Brett Favre and the Jets blowing it. I truly believe that the Jets will beat the Dolphins and that they will cover against the spread. It won't matter in the end because they won't make the playoffs but at least they will end this NFL Season on a winning note.

I'm betting the Jets at - 3 to cover the spread against the Dolphins.
